FTP Connection error

I have a routine that updates constantly a file on my altervista website through FTP connection.
Since yesterday (13 May 2021) the file is not update due to error in FTP connection.

I tried to connect with FileZilla and I can't get in. This is the output

Status: TLS connection established.
Command: USER meteotoritto
Response: 331 Utente meteotoritto OK. Richiesta password
Command: PASS ************
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Sometimes during the day is working (very rarely), but most of the time same error.
I use it since 2016, never changed anything in my code (neither credentials) and never had this kind of problem.
How can I solve it?
