Can I add a secondary domain but keep AlterSite?

I like having both an FTP and a WordPress.
I have a secondary domain I would like to transfer. I am willing to pay for the transfer.
I am even willing to pay the upgrade fee each month for the more advanced hosting.
However, I really like AlterSite and like to have both the FTP and the WordPress.
Let me know if I am asking too much!

On AlterVista there are 2 types of account: "WordPress managed hosting"(alterblog) and "Hosting with file manager" (altersite).

Are you asking for a new account "Hosting with file manager" with second level domain? You can do it from here.

No, but you can enable FTP (for wp-content folder) from Tools -> FTP.
