Website timeouts and FTP not working

Hello; as of yesterday, my website at rejenasmiley.altervista.org doesn't seem to be working (it keeps timing out on my desktop and phone) and my FTP is no longer connecting. I've made double sure my password was correct. It connected one hour, and the next time after that, it kept giving me error messages. I've tried directly uploading as usual through my website maker (Mobirise) and through Filezilla's FTP. When my website DOES decide to load, it looks janky as well, like not everything has been uploaded.

Error message from Filezilla:

Thanks for any help or advice you can give. And yes, I've cleared cache and cookies. :

(Update): Okay, I think I fixed the janky look by uploading my files manually and using a private browser to show that there's absolutely no previous data saved. However, the FTP still does not work, and it still times out while using a regular/private browser on my phone.

Do you have a firewall? Have you tried using another connection?

I'm not sure what happened, but the problem seems to have resolved itself (?). Thanks for your help/suggestions though!
