Cancel account deletion request

I requested the deletion of my account a week ago, but I changed my mind. I want to cancel the deletion. I don't have the mail (I deleted it and can't recover it). Is it possible to cancel the deletion of my account ?

Why do you want to cancel the deletion? I can ask to cancel the deletion process, but I can't guaranteed that it can be suspended.

Yes, I deleted the content. I wanted to create a new site, but I realized later I wanted to keep the name of the site. If it's not possible to stop the deletion process, will I be able to create a site with the same name ?
