Linking My account code to Altervista

Hi, I am having techincal difficulties linking my Code to my Altervista Account. I can see that my code does open when i click on the index.html file but when I click on "Go to your site" a message comes up saying index page is missing. I tried to link the FTP to altervista but theres still no sight of my website when I click on "Go to your site".

Did the "index.html" name is without any uppercase character?
