Issues uploading files in replies on phpBB with PHP 8.0 and higher.

Hi there,

I'm encountering issues uploading files in phpBB posts, but only when PHP 8.0 and higher are in use. I'd like to switch to PHP 8.2 as 7.x is now EOL. I'm running the latest version of phpBB (3.3.14), but get "Error parsing server response" when trying to upload files with PHP 8.0 and 8.2. If I could see the server logs with the error from around 15:36 yesterday, that would be helpful in trying to figure out what the problem is.

Unfortunately it is not possible to see the server logs as the logs are shared with other users.
Have you checked the phpBB logs instead? They might provide more details about the problem. Even if you are using the latest version of phpBB, are you sure that there is not some old extension causing this problem? What do you mean by "when trying to upload files"? Where are you uploading from?
