Assistance with IPv4 / IPv6 address for DNS

I wanted to transfer my `.online` TLD to Altervista however noticed it wasn't supported, after reading a similar issue here on this forum a email address for a member of staff was mentioned and so I contacted them about adding it, Their response was "We don't support .online`.

That's fine. So I am wondering if I can get access to the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses so that I may add the corresponding A and AAAA records in my doman providers DNS configurations to forward instead please.

I've done a nslookup but this address doesn't seem to be what I need.

Hello,

On AlterVista it is not possible to use an external domain by pointing DNS records (A/AAAA) to our servers.
To use a custom domain, it must be transferred entirely to AlterVista.

Additionally, please note that ".online" domains are not supported, as already correctly communicated, so it cannot be transferred to AlterVista.

Thanks for the prompt update alemoppo, That determines I'll be buying a domain from you guys then.

Would I be able to pay for the domain fee's annually? or do you only support monthly payments?

Yes, you can choose to pay the domain fees either annually or monthly.
For any domain-related support, you can also contact us via email at "domini [at] altervista [dot] it".
