cannot access site or phpmyadmin

Hi,
I cannot access my site, which is a wordpress blog, or the phpmyadmin.
I can see my files using the admin panel on altervista, though.

What could be the issue?
I actually just wanted to make a copy of the database.

I can access you site without any problem. Maybe a temporary network trouble?

Worse,finally I figured out it is a firewall issue.
I tried connecting from a different provider and it worked.
