i cannot connect to my control panel

Now a days when I open my site www.sms4send.altervista.org then it redirect to altervista page having server down/update information, After 2 or 3 minutes automatically my site works properly. This happens 2 to 3 times a day.
I specially request you to solve this problem or upgrade your hosting servers please.

I have noticed that my site becomes unreachable many times a day for 1 or 2 minutes. This problem is occurring from many days. I think hosting server is down these times. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
