suggetion for whitelist removel new procedure

i want to suggest one thing regarding whitelist

altervista team must open a phone verification if someone want to remove whitelist enter his number and the altervista team send the code to their mobile after entering code their whitelist will remove.

like when you sign up for GMAIL, YAHOO, before sign up you need to confirm your mobile number.
