JXL support, please

Please add JXL support.

Right now JXL files are served as downloads. Chrome already supports JXL (needs to be enabled in about://flags), Firefox will soon follow.

To do that edit

/etc/nginx/mime.types

and add

image/jxl  jxl;

This should be enough.

The issue is if you link to a file using

<a href=image.jxl>Image File</a>

Altervista servers will not provide the necessary mime type:
