CSS changes not visible

I am not seeing the changes I've made in my CSS file. I've made changes to HTML, and those are visible.

I've tried clearing cache and restarting browser, but no luck. The changes in the CSS were simple - changing colors - and should be obvious, but nope.

Any tips?

Your website has cloudflare enabled, you should set it in dev mode or purge the cache in your Altervista contol panel.
