Homepage keeps reloading causing the Homepage to flicker

I recently relocated my website files from a Comcast server (ending website support), where it worked just fine, to the Altervista server. Now when I try to open the Homepage with the Chrome browser, it looks like it's loaded ... but it keeps on trying to reload causing the page to flicker about every 0.5 second and the menu doesn't work. With IE, the page itself doesn't flicker but you can tell it keeps trying to reload and the menu doesn't work. With Safari, the Homepage never come up but you can tell it keeps trying to load.

So in a nutshell ... the Website works fine with the Firefox browser ... but does not with IE, Chrome, or Safari

I use HTML and CSS coding. What coding would cause this to happen? My URL is:

I solved my own problem ... I found two, what I thought were minor, code errors in my CSS file (my menu). Once corrected, the website worked fine on all the browsers.
