Attempting to access METAR data from a page on my site

I have weather data transmitted via Meteobridge to my website. I am attempting to access METAR data via this page: http://k3csg.altervista.org/wxmetar.php and I get this: unable to load KAVP data RC=403 Forbidden

The address used in the php script is: http://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/data/obser...tions/KAVP.TXT
I can access the data directly from the browser address line, yet cannot access via the php script. How do I accomplish accessing this METAR data directly via the script? Thank you.

You have to unlock the server to server whitelist from the Altervista control panel.

Thank you, I figured as much and wanted to be sure. Will complete that task now.

Task completed, whitelist unlocked and I am good to go. The process to unlock the list was easy and although the process to unlock took a little longer than thirty minutes, it was not an inconvenience. Thanks, my friends, you are the best.
