Access to HTML, CSS, JS etc files?

Is there a way to access the website files of my altervista webpage? I'd for example like to create certain elements without going through all the wordpress struggle.

In the AlterBlog account, you can't modify the HTML.

You can add the HTML only with the WordPress tools (widget or html element).
