How do you remove the default title pages, e.g., HOME, ABOUT US, CONTACT etc...

Hi,

Is there a quick way to remove the web pages titles,i.e., the default title pages generated when you create a new page? If, so can you please outline the steps how to do this.

Better yet, if you have a video how to remove the titles please let me know.
