FTP access temporarily disabled

hello all i got my website blocked, I received a message (FTP access temporarily disabled) asking me to change the password and the delete the file that is detected by spamCOP.

I changed my password but when i access into my ftp, i found nothink.

I also contacted the support but didn't receive a response yet.

Did you remove the infected files? If so you just need to notify the abuse department.

It isn't possible, you only have available one database.
