What do you mean "from outside"? It was never possible to reach the database from external applications (see there).

Hello, sorry for the confusion - I'm accessing the database only using the online admin (control panel). I meant that it is no longer possible to exchange data with the database via http_post or query the database - for example, when you go to https://ftp.brusgames.altervista.org...s/display1.php it would (until today) give a blank page, or display some data based on further URL parameters. Now it just returns 403 error for all queries.

So I should probably say that not the database itself, but the PHP cannot be reached, for some reason. Is it possible that I generated too many queries to the database via PHP and then it shut off as some kind of DDOS protection? Is there some limit on volume? Thanks in advance!

So I think the problem is that the PHP files are not there at all anymore actually, for some reason... I just went to File management and it doesn`t show any files, just this note:
"Cannot access your files, it could be a temporary problem due to an update or technical failure. In this case, if the problem persists for more than two hours, notify it on the forum."

I also tried changing the PHP version, but it didn't`t work ("Unknown error")

Okay, so I just solved it - for some reason, all my php just disappeared... So now I did a files recovery using a backup from a month ago, and everything works fine again. Thanks a lot for your help and for pointing me in the right direction, from database to PHP!
