Server Down Issue

Respected Sir,
I have already posted many times that my site is often down. This server down problem occurs usually. I have again noticed the problem and i am sending another image as proof.

Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
Really sorry to disturb you, but I think that it is better to share you the problems.
Please tell me that what is reason of this problem {Cloudflare or Server Down?}

you server has not been down in the timeframe you have posted, and no recent downtimes has been detected during last days from our monitoring tools, also cloudflare is currently inactive for your account.

If you want to monitor your server also by your own you should use tools like http://www.siteuptime.com/ rather than the reports of analytics.
