Covert to AlterSite won´t work

Hello Altervista
When I press "Convert to AlterSite" butto it asks me for a phone number for verification, but sadly that won´t work, I´ve tried with 3 different phone numbers and it doesn´t even look different when I press "Go on with the identification"

When I enter the phone number and country, nothing happens, still the same

There´s no way to fix it, PLEASE FIX!!

I suggest you to delete the account and register the account as an alterSite.
