not recieving sms code to convert site to hosting

Hi, over the last couple of days Ive tried numerous times to convert my new site from blog to hosting but I never receive the sms verification code in order to do it. My site is; https://beyondheroes3.altervista.org/

• Sign up for the hosting account

If you are not interested for the username, you can sign up now without waiting for the account deletion.

He want"s to covert his account.

So if he deletes his account, how is he meant to convert an account that has been deleted?

The answer does not resolve (The covert / Migrate feature is not working.

It isn't permitted to convert a "WordPress managed hosting" in "Hosting with file manager" after some days after the sign up. So, the only way is as mentioned before.
