Unable to purchase an email for my domain

Hi,

When trying to pay for an email for my .net domain, the paypal window closes immediately and Altervista only shows an error.

Did you try with another browser?
Do you have some firewall or antivirus? (Can you try to temporarily disable them?)

I've tried different browsers already. It may be an issue on Mondadori's end, since I was unable to purchase the domain earlier today. I sent an email and they were able to fix it and allow me to purchase the domain, but it looks like certain payments still don't work. Maybe Mondadori will have to fix them?
