Post Unable to log into FTP for my website

Greetings. I am trying to sign into the FTP for my site.
In the session it indicates to me that the hostname does not match the certificate, no problem, I select Ok.
In the process of connecting, it shows this:

    Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode
    Command: MLSD
Error: GnuTLS error -110: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.
Status: Server did not properly shut down TLS connection
Error: The data connection could not be established: ECONNABORTED - Connection aborted

    And it fails to connect.
Any clues of what could be going on?
    Thank you.

    Hello,

Have you tried connecting with FileZilla? If so, please make sure you are using the parameters indicated in the control panel, in particular FTP over TLS (none or explicit) and passive mode.

Let us know which client and settings you are using so we can better understand the issue.

    Bye!

Hello, I am using FileZilla in passive mode with explicit TLS as is indicated in the control panel and that is the error message I get.

    Ok, thanks.

Do you have any firewall or antivirus enabled? Could you please try temporarily disabling it or testing from a different internet connection?

    Bye!
