Can't activate class 1 database

I've just (today) signed up for a new site, and I find that can't activate a class 1 database. It's grayed out on the "resources & upgrades" page (along with classes 2, 3, 5, and 6); the only options not grayed out are "inactive" (currently selected) and "class 4" (which is not what I want or need).

Am I missing something?

Well... thanks for that, but...

the database class 4 will be totally free of charge until the end of the year (2010), as a special offer to promote the worldwide localization of our free hosting web services.

I selected class 4, and it charged me 850 altercents. So... if class 4 is supposed to be free (for now) then something is wrong. I didn't want to spend those altercents when class 1 is all I need. What do I do now?

There was a misunderstanding about it:

Activation and first month are charged, but month fee will not till june 2011. So I had give you back the 850 ACs charged.

The class 1 will be back as soon as possible.

Ok. Thanks for the notice. The note on the db page about the special offer is good, too.
