ioncube required (Website installation problem)

Hello, I have a problem in the hosting server. Here is the message of my webmaster:

" There is a problem in hosting server.
Kindly contact the hosting team and ask them to enable php_uname in php.ini file under /usr/local/lib/php5_mod/php.ini
Also, ask them to install ioncube loader in his server. Since you've bought the server as shared host, we don't have the permission for the /usr/ folder.
Once it is fixed, kindly use the below credentials to access the site [We have complete the installation] "

can you please tell us which application are you trying to install?

I'm trying to install a website script and there are 2 things to fix:

1. Enable php_uname in php.ini file under /usr/local/lib/php5_mod/php.ini

2. Install Ioncube loader in your server

Without these changes I can't finish the installation

these 2 things are not immediately fixable, but if you tell us which script are you trying to install we may give you assistance.

It's a booking like script that I want to install and test it before i buy it. The script is encrypted for security reasons. I will be grateful if you help me fix the bugs.

I mean booking for hotels like expedia, booking or wimdu.

unfortunately there is currently no way to run ioncube encrypted script in your webspace, this feature might be added in the future but it is not available right now.
