I have been unable to connect to my website for nearly 24 hours. Attached is the results of the altervista_test.

according to your traceroute there seems to be a routing issue inside your isp network, you should report to them the issue.

You may also try to enable cloudflare on your site (you can find it in the AlterVista control panel), since cloudflare changes the ip address f your site it may circumvent the routing issue.

Just setup my page. I couldn't access my site until I activated CloudFlare. I thought it would fix the problem with not being able to connect by FTP as well but it did not. Here is my altervista_test.txt contents.

From here the website is correctly reachable. It's your ISP that's blocking your connection, you should contact them and explain the problem.
However if you manage to activate CludFlare from the control panel you can work around the problem, but FTP access won't work until your ISP solves the issue.

[fournobletruths]

Hi Guys, about a week ago I lost the ability to ftp to my website. It worked fine one day and didn't the next. The only message I get is "Unable to make a connection. Please try again."

I have tried connecting to the domain name and the ip address. I also contacted my isp and they assured me there are no blocks at their end.

Can somebody help me please.
