    lonlandry:

    as far as we are seeing in your traceroute your provider seems to have a routing issue to 78.129.205.2, you should contact them in order to get it resolved.
    Also you can activate cloudflare for your website in your control panel, this may circumvent the routing issue

    According to your traceroute looks like there is an issue with your isp, you should contact them. Meanwhile you may activate cloudflare, it shiuld resolve the issue at least temporarily.

    you should execute the test with admin privileges, however have you tried to activate cloudflare? There may be a temporary routing issue with your provider.
