I am getting a 504 Gateway Timeout Error when accessing some sites (eg sila.altervista.org) from my U.S. T-Mobile phone using mobile data (4G). Yet some other sites (e.g. pizzabusiness.altervista.org) show up just fine on the same phone.

When accessing from a desktop computer, both sites above show up without problems.

No problems when accessing those sites from the same phone via WiFi.

looks like your phone is using a proxy and that proxy is blocking your requests, please check your settings, have you already reported this issue to T-Mobile?

I don't have any proxy settings on the phone, it's a stock T-Mobile-branded device with stock APN and other setups.

Yes I reported to T-Mobile, see Error 504 Gateway Timeout When on 3g/4g; Loads ... | T-Mobile Support . It's not just me. Especially look at Error 504 Gateway Timeout | T-Mobile Support where the poster (apparently, the representative of viclone.com) says "We are a software company, then understand that we tried everything. From any t-Mobile network any access to IPs 5.135.96.192/28 doesn't works. Either domains, ups, anything, such us viclone.com, blog.viclone.com. Please, we tried several t-mobile phones (different lines) ... Of course works in ATT and WIFI connections"

Looks like a routing issue towards 5.0.0.0/8 networks or part of them.

There is nothing we can do from our part since it is a issue related to T-Mobile network, however as a quick fix you could activate Cloudflare in your control panel.

I created my account and web page from my place of business which uses Cox Business-class internet service. everything works fine here. But, when I go home where my service is AT&T Uverse, I am blocked from accessing my altervista.org website. I can access the Altervista home page and I also found that if I route through a proxy (such as hidemyass.com) then I can see my website. Essentially, AT&T Uverse is blocking my site. I just activated the cloudflare tool so I'll check again tonight to see if there is any change.
